The site lies within the Oxford Green Belt and outside the main built up limits of Clifton Hampden and the proposal would result in a disproportionate extension in the Oxford Green Belt prejudicing the openness of the Oxford Green Belt.  The proposal is not a limited extension and the dwellinghouse has already been previously extended and is therefore inappropriate development.  As such, the proposal would be contrary to policy GB2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policies GB2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan Second Deposit Draft 2003.
