Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That prior to the first occupation of the premises, the existing fence at the front of the site shall be moved back to achieve vision splays of 2.4m to the northern boundary of the site, in accordance with details which shall first have been submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance
with Policy G10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and
Policy D10 of the approved South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the existing parking area shown on the deposited plan (composite plan Rev.D) shall be retained for the parking of vehicles in association with the baby unit together with the existing nursery school and maisonette.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance
with Policy G10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and
Policy D10 of the approved South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That, prior to their installation, details of the proposed light fittings shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance
of the listed building and the amenity of the area in accordance with
Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and of the
approved South Oxfordshire Local Plan, 2011, Second Deposit Draft.
