That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That a stone panel demonstrating the materials, bonding, coursing of the walling and the lime mortar to be used for the bedding and pointing shall be first erected on the site and then approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the work of construction commences. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Garsington Conservation Area in accordance with Policy CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That samples of the materials and finishing to be used in the external plant room doors hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Garsington Conservation Area in accordance with Policy CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the stainless steel flue which is associated with the plant room shall be finished in a Matt Black colour. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Garsington Conservation Area in accordance with Policy CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
