Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

The internal door shall have a painted finish the details of which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1 and CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policies G2 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft.

That a traditional lime plaster shall be used for the plaster finish in the bathroom. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic interest and character of the building and to comply with Policies G1 and CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policies G2 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft.

That details of the soil and vent pipes, waste pipes, ventilation terminals and meter boxes shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before commencing works. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic interest and character of the building and to comply with Policies G1 and CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policies G2 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft.
