Planning Permission on 15th April 2004
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to
comply with Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire
Local Plan.
That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only for purposes incidental to the use of the existing house, as specified in the application, and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom.
Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent
an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate
standards of amenity and privacy and to comply with Policies G1
and H6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
