That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in application S.03/04 as shown on plan numbers 5012534/008/OXO/0016 & 0017 accompanying the application except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development.
That development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date hereof.
Reason: By virtue of the provision of Section 91 (1) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That prior to commencement of the development, the colour of the fence shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by Head of Sustainable Development.
Reason: To ensure the finish is compatible with the surrounding development. (Policies: G1 (SOLP); G2 (SOLP Revised deposit draft).
