That the oak post and staircase housing at the top of the winder stir to the attic room shall be retained. Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed building and to comply with Policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That details of the proposed mechanical ventilation for the bathrooms shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority before any work commences. Thereafter the ventilation installed shall be as approved.
