Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That at the expiration of five years from the date of this permission, the use specified in the application shall be discontinued and the land be left in a tidy and orderley state unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In order that the effect of the use can continue to be assessed and to reflect the applicant's request in accordance with Policies G1 and C3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no vehicles shall remain on the site outside the hours of 10.00 to 17.00 on Sundays and Bank Holidays and at all other times on Mondays to Saturdays. Outside the hours of 10.00 to 17.00 on Sundays and Bank Holidays, the land shall be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G1 and C3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the means of access to the site shall be from the Abbey Rugby Club access only and no other access whatsoever shall be formed or used between the land and the highway unless otherwise first approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance with Policy G10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, other than within the hours specified in condition 2 above, no rubbish, fixtures or other temporary structures shall be stored on the land at any time. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G1 and C3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
