Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the external walls and roof(s) shall be constructed and finished in accordance with a schedule of materials and finishes which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before development/works commence. Reason: To ensure that the appearance of the building is satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the garage hereby permitted shall be used for purposes incidental to the dwellinghouse and shall not be used as living accommodation. Reason: The occupation of the garage as living accommodation would be contrary to Policy H6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of any development detailed drawings showing the fabric of the building to be retained shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: Demolition and rebuilding of the property would be contrary to Policy H16 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
