Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

In the event that there are insufficient sound tiles to re-use, a sample of clay tiles to be used for the re-roofing shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the works. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON4 and CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the details accompanying the application, riven oak laths shall be used for the repairs instead of the proposal to use stainless steel. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON4 and CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of the works, the following details shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority- i. Details of the mix for the lime render ii. A colour sample of the proposed limewash iii. A method cleaning statement iv. Confirmation that leadwork will be in accordance with the recommendations of the Lead Sheet Association v. Confirmation that limewash will be applied to the new oak framing. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON4 and CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
