Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.

That the rooflights shall be conservation style rooflights and retained as such, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

That no development shall take place until a detailed method statement of any work to be carried out to the adjacent birch tree has been submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, together with measures for the protection of the tree in the course of the development.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy C16 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
