Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The landscaping of the site shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted plan within the first planting season following the completion of the dwelling, and shall be so retained and maintained. In the event of any plant dying within 3 years of the completion of the development, it shall be replaced with a similar plant and so retained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the details accompanying the application, a means of enclosure along the rear (eastern) boundary of the site shall be submitted to and approved in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The approved means of enclosure shall be erected prior to the first occupation of the dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the development shall be carried out in accordance with conditions 3, 4, 5, 6,7, 8 and 9 of outline planning permission reference P03/N0022/0. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8, G10 and G11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
