Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved, a sectional drawing showing the levels of the new access relative to the level of the cycle track shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
