Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the premises shall be used only for purposes falling within Class B1 (c) of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1995 and for no other purpose including any other purpose in Class B1 of the said Schedule (or any provision equivalent to that Class in any statutory instrument revoking and re-enacting that Order). Reason: To safeguard the character and amenities of the area in accordance with Policies G1, E6 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That this permission relates to land within the blue line area, other than land labelled 1 on the attached plan (which is affected by an enforcement notice issued on 25 August 1999) and the land labelled 2 on the attached plan (affected by Condition 6 of planning permission P99/S0670/RET) which will continue to be fenced off and retained as pasture and copse and shall not be used for storage, manufacture or the parking of vehicles. Reason: In order to safeguard the character and amenities of the area and to protect the amenity of neighbouring properties in accordance with Policies G1, C2 and E6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no open areas outside the building shall be used for the purposes of manufacture or any industrial process. All works of this nature shall take place only inside the building. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policies G1, C2 and E6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
