Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 9th February 2005
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That having regard to its unsympathetic details of design and its location outside of the built up limits of the settlement the proposal would result in an inappropriate form of development that would result in the loss of an important gap that would be harmful to the character and appearance of the Henley Conservation Area and the Chilterns AONB and as such would contravene the South Oxfordshire Local Plan particularly policies G1, G8, C2, CON10 and H6 and the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (Second Deposit Draft), particularly policies G2, G6, C2, CON10, D1 and H6 and the Council's South Oxfordshire Design Guide and the Chilterns Buildings Design Guide.
