Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the exterior of the shop front shall be finished in accordance with a schedule of materials and finishes which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences. Thereafter the materials and finishes shall be approved.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
