Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That details and samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, H12 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the garage and carport hereby permitted shall be retained as such and shall not be adapted for living purposes without the prior permission of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities in accordance with Policies G11, H12 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of, and Class A of Schedule 1 to the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), no additional openings shall be constructed in any of the elevations or roof slopes of the building unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof.
Reason: To protect the character and appearance of the surrounding area in accordance with Policies G1, H12 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the first floor of the building shall be used only for purposes incidental or ancillary to the enjoyment of Crowsley Park Lodge as such, and for no other purpose whatsoever.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G1, H12 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
