That a sample of the brick to be used for the brick arch detail shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
