That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the materials to be used for the windows and doors shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the first use of the new accommodation hereby permitted, the proposed en-suite bathroom window in the side elevation of the existing house shall be obscure glazed and thereafter shall be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no additional windows or openings shall be made in the first floor of the side elevations of the rear extension. Reason: To ensure that the privacy of neighbours is protected in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
