That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the three windows in the east elevation of the dormer extension hereby permitted shall be obscure glazed and retained as such. Reason: In order to safeguard the residential amenity of the neighbouring property in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the window serving bedroom 2 shall be fixed closed and shall remain as such thereafter. Reason: In order to safeguard the residential amenity of the neighbouring property in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
