Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the walls, windows and external doors of the garage shall be constructed with dark stained timber boarding. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That except insofar as may be otherwise agreed by the Local Planning Authority, all trees, shrubs and hedges on the boundaries of the property be preserved and properly maintained and that in the event of any of the trees dying or being seriously damaged or destroyed, a new tree, shrub or hedge or equivalent numbers, be planted and properly maintained in a position or positions first approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
