That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building(s).
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That no additional windows, doors or other openings shall be constructed on the south (side) elevation of the extension hereby permitted.
Reason: To protect the privacy of the neighbouring property in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the bathroom and w.c. windows in the south (side) elevation of the extension hereby permitted shall be obscure glazed prior to the first use of the associated accommodation and thereafter shall be retained as such.
