As such the proposal is contrary to the provisions of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policy CON6 and South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft, particularly policies CON4 and CON5 and to advice in the Council's Design Guide and PPG15.
