That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

Work shall be carried out without damaging the character of the building, altering features of architectural or historical importance, causing unnecessary disturbance or destroying historic fabric. Reason: To ensure the satisfactory preservation of the Listed Building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the works shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the description of the works, plans and specifications contained in the application, and subject to the conditions hereby imposed. Reason: To ensure the satisfactory preservation of the Listed Building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

Repairs shall be carried out in a manner which maximises the preservation of historic fabric. Details of all repairs to the timber framing necessary to implement this proposal shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The details shall be accompanied by a detailed method statement and specification for the repairs. Reason: To ensure the satisfactory preservation of the Listed Building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
