Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That a sample of all the materials to be used in the works to the walled garden shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of any work. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That a detailed photographic record of all the cold frames and existing gate and wall and the walls to the south west corner to be removed, are submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That samples of the mortor to be used in work to the walled garden shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the joinery details of the glazing bars to the greenhouses shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That a sample of the paint finish for the greenhouses shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
