Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the rooflights shall be of the type specified in the letter from the agent dated 15 November 2004 unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON6 and C11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That details of the colour of the frame of the rooflight to be submitted to the Local Planning Authority and approved in writing before the works commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies CON6 and C11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent, such steps shall be taken and such works shall be carried out to secure the safety and stability of the building during the alterations, and to provide protection for the building against the weather during the progress of the works. Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed building and to comply with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
