Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON6 and C11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That details of the colour of the frame of the rooflight to be submitted to the Local Planning Authority and approved in writing before the development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1, C2, CON6, C11 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
