Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before works commence. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the walls of the extension shall be constructed using a lime-based mortar mix. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, doors, the frame of the extension, rooflights and rainwater goods shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to works commencing. Reason: To ensure that the appearance of the building is satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
