Planning Permission on 15th June 2005
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That all the materials to be used for the external walls and roof(s) shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the existing building and of the area in general in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the extension hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as 38 Valley Road
Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy and in accordance with Policies H4 and H11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
