That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the roof of the building shall be covered with natural slate a sample of which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the new rooflights to be installed shall be conservation rooflights in accordance with details which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
