That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies C3 and G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the stables hereby approved shall be used only for the personal enjoyment of the occupiers of Allnutts, Berrick Salome, and shall not be used for any business or commercial purpose. Reason: To protect the amenity of the area in accordance with Policies C3 and R10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
