Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the proposed rooflights shall be conservation style and shall be so retained.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance
with Policy CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance
with Policy CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That samples of the materials to be used for the roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance
with Policy CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That no demolition or alteration of any existing building or part of any existing building other than the demolitions and alterations shown on the approved drawings shall take place without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure a satisfactory appearance to the works and to
the conversion of these listed barns in accordance with Policy C11
of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the walls of the buildings shall be clad with timber boarding, samples and details of which shall first have been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance
with Policy C11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That no vents or flues shall be inserted in the buildings without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance
