Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That details of all bricks, tiles gutters, down pipes, flues and vents to be used in the external construction and finishes of the works hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the works commence.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the listed building in accordance with Policies G8, CON6 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That details of all new windows and dormers at a scale 1:10 shall be submitted to and be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the works and the works shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the listed building in accordance with Policies G8, CON6 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the first floor end gable window shall be retained and re-used in the extension unless otherwise first agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
