Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 17th November 2004
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the proposals are contrary to policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, to policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (second deposit draft 2003) and to advice contained in the South Oxfordshire Design Guide (EX2, EX4 and EX5). Having regard to the location of the extension on the boundary with 9 Willow Road, and to its excessive size and bulk , the proposals represent an unneighbourly, overbearing and intrusive form of development which would result in loss of light and detract from the residential amenities currently enjoyed by the occupiers of the adjoining property.
