That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the louvred panels shall be powdercoat finished to a colour to be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority in advance of any works to the building being undertaken. Reason: To preserve and enhance the character of the conservation area in line with Policy CON10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That samples of the colours to be used for the lettering and fascia of the proposed sign shall be submitted and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority in advance of any works to the building being undertaken. Reason: To preserve and enhance the character of the conservation area in line with Policy CON10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
