Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and rooflights has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8 and CON10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the rooflights hereby permitted in the rear of the roof shall not be exercised in addition to, or in combination with, those permitted by planning permission P01/S0963. Accordingly, they shall be an alternative to those previously permitted so that either but not both may be implemented. Reason: The implementation of both would be detrimental to the character and appearance of the building and the area and be contrary to policy CON10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
