Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That if within 10 years of the substantial completion of the building, the use of the building for agricultural purposes permanently ceases and, within a further 3 years, planning permission has not been granted for an alternative use, and there is no outstanding appeal, the building shall be demolished, the materials shall be removed from the land and the land restored to its former condition before development took place, or to such a condition as shall otherwise have been agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G1, C1 and C8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That details of surface water drainage works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the development commencing. Reason: In the interests of public health in accordance with Policy G6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building hereby approved shall be used only for purposes essentially required in connection with the agricultural use of the holding and shall not be used for any other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality in accordance with Policies G1 and C8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
