Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the bathroom windows in the northern elevation of the dwelling hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to first occupation of the premises and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To safeguard the amenities of neighbouring properties in accordance with Policy D4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of, and Class A of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, no development within Class A of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Order shall be carried out on the land unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof. Reason: To safeguard the amenities of neighbouring properties in accordance with Policy D4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
