That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the louvred panels shall be powdercoat finished to a colour to be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority in advance of any works to the building being undertaken. Reason: To preserve and enhance the character of the Conservation Area in accordance with Policy CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That samples of the colours to be used for the lettering and fascia of the proposed sign shall be submitted and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority in advance of any works to the building being undertaken.
