Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That details of the staircase and the joinery details of all windows and doors shall be submitted at a scale of 1:10 to the Local Planning Authority and approved in writing prior to commencement of their manufacture. Reason: In order to ensure the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That a complete photographic survey shall be made of the exterior and interior of the building affected by the works before commencement of any works of stripping out, dismantling or removal of finishes and a set of colour prints, labelled and dared, shall be lodged with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure the satisfactory preservation of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the works shall be carried out in accordance with a detailed schedule of work which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to any works commencing on site, and that all works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans. Reason: In order to safeguard the architectural and historic interest and character of the building in accordance with Policy CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
