Planning Permission on 10th November 2004
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That prior to the first use of the portacabin hereby permitted the existing shed shall be removed from the site.
Reason: That planning permission is granted for a new building on the basis that the existing one is to be removed and to ensure that the proposal does not detract from the character and appearance of the area in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the portacabin hereby permitted shall not be used other than for purposes in connection with and ancillary to the elderly persons care home at Orchard Lodge.
Reason: That permission is granted having regard to the need for a small office in connection with the existing use and a separate use may give rise to detriment to neighbours and the general amenity of the area in accordance with Policies G1 and G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
