Therefore the development would be contrary to the provisions of the Council's Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policies G1, G5, G8 and H4 and the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (Second Deposit Draft) particularly policies G2, G4, G6 and H4.
