Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That prior to its demolition, a detailed photographic record shall be made of the gable wall, including the mortar joints and such record shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority. Reason : To ensure that the wall is rebuilt using bricks and mortar joints to match the wall to be demolished in accordance with Policies CON1 and CON6 of the Council's Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of re-building the gable wall a sample panel of the bricks and mortar and any new flintwork shall be built on site and the re-building shall not commence until the sample panel has been agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the brickwork and flint details are acceptable in accordance with Policies CON1 and CON6 of the Council's Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
