As such the proposal would be contrary to the provisions of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan particularly policies G1, C2 and H12 and South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 particularly policies G2, C2 and H13 and to advice in the Council's South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
