Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls of the conservatory shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the joinery shall be carried out in accordance with the plan number MCD374 of listed building application P04/E0987/LB. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That samples of the painted finish of the glazing bars shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
