Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the parking, turning and servicing area shown within the application site shall be retained as such for use in connection with the business use hereby permitted. No storage, industrial or other business use shall take place other than inside the building. Reason: To ensure that adequate car parking space is retained in accordance with Policies G10 and G11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the site shall not be used for vehicle sales. Reason: To protect local amenities and ensure that the intensity and character of the business remains as permitted in accordance with Policies G7 and G10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no work shall take place at the premises except between the hours of 8.00 am and 6.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays) and 8.30 am and 1.00 pm on Saturdays. Reason: To protect the amenities of the nearest neighbouring properties in accordance with Policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
