Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That work shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all materials, namely roofing, walling, windows and doors, has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the work shall proceed in accordance with the approved specification. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, H12, C2, CON3 and CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
