Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the advertisements hereby approved shall not be illuminated at any time. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G13 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the erection of the pole-mounted signs hereby approved, all existing signage shall be dismantled and removed from the land under the applicant's control, and from the highway verge. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G13 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That signs hereby approved shall be sited 3 metres back from the centre line of the frontage hedge. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G13 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the existing hedge along the frontage immediately adjoining both sides of the entrance shall be retained and properly maintained at a length of not less than 5 metres and at a height not less than 2 metres in perpetuity, and that any plant which may die or be seriously damaged or destroyed shall be replaced and the replacement shall be properly maintained in accordance with the above. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G13 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
