That the polycarbonate sheeting to be used for the external walls and roof of the walkway and spa building shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing pool building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
