That the development shall be carried out in accordance with the Flood Risk Assessment accompanying the application and the flood compensation measures contained therein shall be implemented within 6 months of the date of this planning permission and shall be retained thereafter.
Reason: To prevent the increased risk of flooding due to impedance of flood flows and reduction of flood storage capacity in accordance with Policy G16 of the Council's Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
There shall be no raising of existing ground levels on the site.
